The history
‘Gusto takes shape in the spaces that belonged to a historic Roman restaurant: the Passetto (1860-2018) and, for this reason, the new project required careful considerations: the main objective is not to distort but “clean” from the many different managements preserving the suggestiveness of the place.
‘Gusto is situated on Piazza di S. Apollinare, 41 – a mosaic of tiles connected to food and good drinking.
Here it’s possible to eat outdoor 12 months a year, enjoying the historical sites that distinguish the square.
