The kitchen draws on Italian specialities, following the rhythm of the seasons and paying the utmost attention to cooking. A straightforward yet refined offering, inspired by the recipes of Italy's regions and made with selected products that guests can also buy in our in-house shop.<\/p>

On the menu there is no shortage of great classics such as carbonara, amatriciana and gricia, and then fresh pasta and soups, the many cuts of meat cooked on the grill and fish proposals with the catch of the day, and then again, the sections dedicated to burgers, omelettes, salads, cured meats and cheeses.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
