Tuscany can instead be represented by the Vermentino Giallo Paglia 2015 from the Il Drago e la Fornace company, a white with a lively and fresh taste on the palate, with aromas of tropical fruits, ideal in combination with fish or white meats. The Gewurztraminer is unmissable, here from the Rovere della Luna company, 2016, Trentino. Southern Italy is also well represented in the proposal by the glass.
