Through Children’s Eyes (Gli occhi dei bambini). Stories, emotions and parenthood through picture books
Sunday 1 November, from 10:30 am at ’Gusto, Piazza di Sant’Apollinare 41, Rome.
A gathering for parents and children aged 3 to 6, led by Marta Rizzi, a relational constructivist cognitive psychologist and psychotherapist, editor and co-author of the book Gli albi illustrati nella pratica clinica (“Picture Books in Clinical Practice”, Franco Angeli).
Through a selection of picture books, Marta will take us on a journey into the world of parenting: its challenges, discoveries and emotions, and all the changes, big and small.
Because a picture book is not just a story to read to children, but a space in which to pause, recognise ourselves and learn to see the world through their eyes too.
A time for sharing, designed for parents who are curious to discover picture books as a way of getting to know themselves and their children better.
