We are pleased to invite you to a heartfelt evening with 'Gusto! Friday 1 December 2023, travel back in time to eat with the ancient Romans.
Chef @alessandrovassallochef and the archeochefs Carla and Tiziana Palombo (@archeocucina) will give us a unique gastronomic experience: dishes inspired by Imperial Rome, reinterpreted in a modern key.
A combination of flavors that celebrates ethnic archeocuisine, thanks to the collaboration with @eatandwalk_italy by Caterina Olivieri, expert in the world of food experiences in Rome.
The proceeds of the evening will be donated to the Edela association (associazione_edela), for the protection and support of orphans of feminicide and foster families
