Aperitifs, wines and cocktails

A bar counter in a horseshoe shape is the centrepiece of the Belle Époque room and, thanks to its striking opening, serves both the room and the outdoor seating. The rich drinks list of 'Gusto's wine & cocktail bar stands out for its twists on classics, such as the 'Gusto Fizz with lavender gin, bergamot and grapefruit soda, or the 'Gusto Mule with vodka, bergamot, ginger and lager.
The cellar has over 150 labels ranging from large Italian references to small producers of natural and organic wines. Here too, attention was paid to Italian tradition, with a particular focus on Barolo, Barbaresco, classic method bubbles and Lambrusco.
