Diva Wine and ’Gusto present the Perfect Pairing Tasting Dinner: five courses from our kitchen, each paired with a Moldovan wine from Domeniile Vorniceni and Divus Winery.

- Entrée – Savoury choux bun filled with pepper mousse and buffalo ricotta
Paired with: Spumante Brut Domeniile Vorniceni (Fetească Regală, Floricica, Glera) - Starter – Pumpkin velouté with burrata from Andria, rosemary croutons and basil pesto
Paired with: Viorica Domeniile Vorniceni (100% Viorica) - First course – Homemade gnocchi with organic Scirocco Sicilia datterino tomato sauce and semi-aged Ragusano cheese
Paired with: Rară Neagră Divus Winery (100% Rară Neagră) - Main course – Beef braised in red wine with polenta concia (polenta with butter and cheese)
Paired with: Saperavi Divus Winery (100% Saperavi, 12 months in oak) - Dessert – Babă neagră (Black Forest cake)
Paired with: HERITAGE 1994 Divus Winery (Rkatsiteli, sweet, 1994 vintage)
