Romantic dinner in the heart of Rome in an elegant setting and with refined cuisine made of selected raw materials. A menu designed to enhance the flavors of the sea with original combinations: from the starter with scallops, patete cream and truffle, to the second course of seared tuna on a Puttanesca-style cream of yellow tomatoes.
For dessert, the warm tones of the dark chocolate cake with mandarin sorbet.
