The rich drink list of the 'Gusto wine cocktail bar stands out for twists on classics such as the 'Gusto Fizz based on lavender gin, bergamot and grapefruit soda or the 'Gusto Mule based on vodka, bergamot, ginger, Lager beer. Mini menu that suggests the combination of drinks and food, with Cocktails & Cicchetti, such as the Vesper Martini paired with a courgette flower, ricotta and anchovies or the Old Negroni paired with the lasagna shot.
The cellar has approx 350 labels ranging from large Italian references to small producers of natural and organic wines. Here too, attention was paid to Italian tradition, with a particular focus on Barolo, Barbaresco, classic method bubbles and Lambrusco.
